It is in my mom's name but I pay for my own insurance and the bills for repairs because I got into accident shortly after receiving it. However, she took it away from me two months into college because I was not doing good in my math class. I still paid for the insurance those two months as well. Now, she is selling my car and cancelled my insurance because I will not come and go to a community college. Because the car was a gift, is it mine? Could I take her to court on it? I have proof that I paid for the insurance and witnesses that it was a gift.
