if it was a front tooth, i would obviously get an implant without question, but in this case, it's the last tooth in my mouth (tooth number 15). most people say just get it pulled and forget about it. of course the dentist wants to get paid, so of course he is gonna tell me it's bad.

It's not just the money factor either, i have heard horror story's about failed implants, that i would rather avoid.
