My little brother is 19 and has two previous moving violations and tonight he was riding his assisted motorized bike( a pedal bike that has a motor on it.) It technically isnt a motorized vehicle because you have to pedal to get the motor to start and you dont have to licenses or register it, but he was issued a ticket tonight for illegal passing. Now my question is, could he lose his licenses since this would be his third moving violation even though its not technically a motorized vehicle?
