filing within the Statute?
Today is the last day someone I know can file....they were just going to let it go but then now that the statute is almost up...they are like why shouldn't I hold X accountable?
I'm not sure if they take complaints over the weekend to file...if they mail a letter or leave a message, will that be within the statute??
