lets say you eat junk food all day,but the only thing you drink is water.will your body still not feel good when you excersice?
nooo! im not saying that is will be a substitue for water
its cause i play football.but im always really tired after practice.my doctor said that it is probably cause i eat a lot of junk food
and wat i want to know,is if i still eat junk food,but also drink a lot of water,will i still be really tired?
