if you dream about getting a positive pregnancy test do you think that could be a sign ?

i had a dream last night that i had a positive pregnancy test do you that could be a sign im due on this friday so hoping it dosent come..ive got sore boobs and had a few cramps which ive had for over a week
 
Lol if that were a sign of pregnancy, then i would have be pregnant by now at least twice! some woman have got a BFP after a dream like yours, but i think thats just a coincidence tbh!
but you have sore boobs and cramps, this may or may not be the tell tale signs of pregnancy, the real ones!!! :D

if you want to be then i hope you are. but i dont think that a dream means anything, i reckon it just means that youve been thinking about it alot. i dont know about sore boobs but when i was pregnant the first time round i was getting cramps too. good luck

No, I believe it is your mind being so obsessed that you even think about it in your sleep. Ease off a bit, by making your body so agitated you will be blocking the flow of energy.
