I don't understand people who don't even have their high school diploma or GED and are okay with that. Especially if you have children, what kind of example are you setting?
There is a HUGE difference in the intellect of an educated person and one who is not. I'm not saying their are stupid, it has nothing to do with intelligence but ignorance. (I never knew how much I didn't know until I went to college).
If you don't value education for yourself, it's possible you're not going to value it for your child? Could this be considered child abuse?
If your college proffesor told you that then I would assume you went to clown college. Silliest thing I've ever heard.
