If you didn't actually take the picture is it still your photography?

Last night I asked my sister if she could go on the roof so I could take a picture I thought it would look awesome but she was too scared to get up there so I did. She took the picture for me. I got down to find out that she had taken it all wrong. It wasn't even, my pose was weird, and so on. So I instructed her on how I wanted it to be and then she took it again This is the finished piece http://kareeere.piczo.com/myphotos?preview=y&sl=0&st=0&cr=2 So can I still take credit even though I didn't take the picture?

you composed the shot and it is all your original work.
she just pushed the button.
while it would be nice to give your sister some credit (button pressed by ....) the composition of the shot is your intelectual property.
