If you could live at any point in history, which would it be?

The present and the future count, too, but please say WHY if you want best answer.
I've heard a lot of people actually mention this in passing, as in "I think I was meant to live in the Renaissance" or "they just did things better 50 years ago".

I would love living in the 70s with the free speech movement, hippies, Woodstock, and a massive amount of marijuana.
And I forgot to mention amazing music.
