I am probably being paranoid as I know the chances are slim, but I am starting to feel sick - probably nerves as I already have 2 toddlers who were both conceived quickly!
You don't conceive on the first day of your period - that date is used to calculate how pregnant you are. Conception usually occurs 14/15 days after the first day of your period.
