time by the IRS? I know Sen Baucus said they only figure on $6 billion in fines, but doesn't this go against the Constitution?
So Lala minimum wage earners will get help and not be fined. I saw a deal on the tv where they did an example of "bill" who made $60,000 and he would pay $6,300 for insurance and thought if someone making say $7 an hour would make $1120 a month, gross. Then wondered if they would only pay ten percent or a little more, but still that would cut into what they bring home and might mean the diffeence in the leectric bill or not. the net after taxes would put in down in the $900 area. Granted the health insurance for two kids is covered up to $29,000 income and three to $34,000.

This is a case where I have absolutely no intention of buying insurance, because they have absolutely no right to force me to buy insurance simply for working or living.

Civil disobedient, those fascist SOB's will have to kill me.

There are subsidies for people that make up to 250% of the poverty level. If you refuse, the fee/fine is $1900. If you don't pay, the regular prosecution by the IRS kicks in.
