The short answer is yes, but it's not as straightforward as you might think.
Do you already have a soft top with the frame and hardware? If so, then unbolt the hardtop & remove it (it's pretty heavy, so you'll need some buddies to help with that). Place the soft top with the frame over the jeep, line up all the screw holes and screw in the frame.
If you don't have one already, then you may want to check out some aftermarket soft tops to see how expensive they are. If you buy one, make sure it matches the correct year of your jeep (I think the body changed significantly around 2004) and there will be instructions on how to install it.
If you're thinking of swapping tops day-to-day based on your whims, then no, it's not practical or easy to do.
