So I broke my touch screen on my Motorola Cliq and it was still working with the buttons and now the screen is just black and it won't turn on and I have been charging it for hours. The buttons will light up but nothing happens to the screen., And I was wondering if Tmoible would just send me a new one for free., Because this is the first time I have broke my phone and this is so damn frustating. PLEASE HELP .
If you break your phone will the Tmobile send you a new one free?
