If you ate 1500 calories in one sitting, but ate nothing else all day...

would you gain weight? I'm recovering from bulimia and sometimes I get near a relapse and eat a lot of food (I wouldn't classify as a binge). I never eat over 2000 calories and rarely 1500. I'm just wondering if you ate all your calories in one sitting but didn't eat anything else for the rest of the day would you gain weight from putting in all that fat at one short space of time? I really need an honest answer.

Today I have cereal (no more than 200 calories), a milkshake through college (325 calories, 4.5 fat, I think) and came home to eat my tea at only 3PM! Which was pasta with quorn (400 calories I assume). So that's 925 calories but part of my bulimia makes me want to eat at certain times so when it gets to 5PM I'm going to want to eat my tea... but I'm not sure if I should as I didn't eat that long ago. I can't eat later because that would trigger me to relapse, I hate eating late at night because I feel it sits in my stomach.

So basically (I hate that word but I can't think of an alternative) should I have a nice big bowl of cereal for tea (less of a trigger food) or should I not eat anything else? Will I gain weight if I eat another 400 calories? Well, obviously I will but will it go away by tomorrow morning?
