Here's the dish. I've been on the Virgin Mobile service for about 8 months now. The first few months, it was going great. These last two months, not so great. I've been undergoing many problems with their site and service, and I want to know if I'm the only one. Here are some of the few problems:
1. When I attempt to login, it won't allow me. It would indicate that I have the wrong password, and I don't. I would try several times, and it still won't work. Until I try the next week or so.
2. My phone would shut off in the most random times. Whether I'm surfing through the web, or sending a text message.
3. Picture messages won't go through at times.
4. When I top up $25, last month, it only added 24.85. And this month, since I had 9.85 in my balance, I added 16 to complete my $25 plan and activate, and suddenly only 16 would show up on my balance. And then later on that day, it went to .05?
Is this only happening to me or....?
If I see that this persists, I'm switching back to contract.
