I live in Michigan and I'm out on bail right now and I got a ticket for window tints driving my sisters while mine was in the shop and yesterday was the deadline to pay/show up in court... Is the bench warrant issued right away and if it is will thy be coming to my house to arrest me for violating bail?
If you are out on bail and a bench warrant is issued is your bail revoked?
