and gave me no time to stop and I hit her. As i did not have insurance at that time as i just bought the car and her insurance is now saying it is my fault even if she did squeeze thru while i was reversing more then halfway. I told her insurance that it was a 50 50 both at fault and i am willing to pay half if they pay half of my repairs for my car. The insurance replied even if after investigation and found to be their policy holder at fault, they will not pay for my car damaged.
if you are in the midst of reversing in a patrol station and a car sqeuze in jus so that she get to the bowser?
