to fix it? my brother is getting really pissed because when he cutted out the box, he scratched some xbox live. can you refund it? if not, is there a way to find out (like 4 letters were scartched out)
stores wont give you another, just try to figure out the letters or numbers, or guess and check...the only problem is that there is 136 different combinations
I've done that before; if you bought it from gamestop or walmart I'm pretty sure they'll give you another one. Just go in wherever you bought it from and tell them what happened.
