If a Toyota owner accepts this offer, which would refund in the hundreds of dollars maximum, would she or he be forfeiting the right to collect compensation (which would be in the thousands or ten-thousands of dollars) from settlements of class-action lawsuits underway against Toyota by Toyota owners across the U.S. and Canada?
