If wrestling is so awesome Wrestling fans why does the tv media & newspapers

how do they treat it like a joke when wwe was in that thing with the nuggets all the news show and espn was sayin wwe was right and a lot of them started to talk about wrestling for like 10 minutes on espn radio a few guys was naming there fav wrestlers and matches so do some research first

the only thing that is a joke is your morals

Its like going to a Spinal Tap concert, if you don't get the joke, then you can never appreciate it for what it is, a really basic form of theatre where the actors know how well they are performing immediately.

I don't deny that TV media, newspapers, and other news programming treat wrestling like a joke or sometimes don't acknowledge it at all. And I'll also admit that current mainstream wrestling promotions (WWE) have presented themselves as such as times. The idea that prowrestling is "fake" has been a common perception of non-wrestling fans for years, and that perception can only grow as wrestling promotions look to taking on the "sports entertainment" image in attempt to gain mainstream publicity and increase their fan base.

Despite how the media depicts prowrestling, I know it has more dimension to it than given credit. I admire what wrestlers do in the ring, and the sacrifices they make. The media will always have a sort of "looking through the stain glass window" mentality about wrestling. Some things just never change.

Oh is it?
Who gives a crap about how the hell media treats what?

It is entertaining to watch Pro-Wrestling..
There are Millions and Millions of people watch it and enjoy..

But Pro-Wrestling being scripted it obviously would receive some negative crap about it. That doesn't mean anything. No one gives a crap.

Because they have had something against it since Hulk Hogan slammed some Late Show Host's head into the ground.
