...get pissed on? Women don't ever take notice in slightly sigh guys who lack social experience and just need a little push to get into gear and start seeing women. Those guys are always brushed aside, even if they are intelligent, sensitive, caring, passionate, energetic, spontaneous, guys they won't ever get anywhere because women judge everything so critically at the start they either think you're gay or not interested.
I thought women were supposed to be smart and have a deeper appreciation for feelings than men...
It doesn't take a keen intellect to note that a shy guy may have some issues but it's not like he's dirt or below human standards, it's not like you couldn't date him as a individual and see what he's like as a person. Are women that insecure that they are afraid to take chances for their self on a person who doesn't come off as a super human??
Some of histories finest are inspired individuals, and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see the good in anyone, even a shy guy can have a great personality, a brilliant mind, a good sense of humor, some of these things can even radiate off the guy...
My God the social experience of life is so great and vast, why do women get hung up over such stupid things at it's origin? People can grow,evolve and people have great traits that are worth noting and even with their weaknesses can show those other good traits.
Your life doesn't begin or end in a decision, it can change but if you try to manage it all at a source of origin you are going to limit the learning curve and potentially in other cases just give yourself illusions on reality.
Some shy guys just have had a difficult life, it doesn't mean they don't know anything about life or have a deep appreciation for others and can't love someone and show them how truly significant and valuable a life is. It doesn't mean that at all. Shy people have lived lives too.
