If WIND Mobile goes out of business, is there a way for me to transfer my number...

...to another carrier? Hello! I'm interested in WIND mobile phone. The only thing is, I need this phone number long term.

I've spent a good hour reading up on the Canadian Governments major derp session, and I'm a little concerned as to WIND's future.

If I go ahead with WIND, and they tank, is my number transferable? And also, will they release the unlock codes for our phones if that's the case?
