If we had no sex drive, we would not even have sex to procreate. We wouldn't have sex at all. So no, we would not have values because we would not even exist as a species.

Yes I think so. Most of my daily sins arise from sexual desire or lust, Apart from that I'm a really great guy (as far as I know I dont steal or kill) but God must have created two sexes for more than just companionship and procreation but as a test of morality especially with hormones telling us to literally disobey our brains.

Sex drive is an evolutionary trait designed to ensure the continuity of our species, its quite necessary.
