economy with little downside? hemp is illegal because people like smoking pot. (unrelated) but there are so many advantages. Its grows in almost any climate or environment. Its grows 5x faster than regular trees. It can make fiber stronger and longer lasting that cotton. It can make lumber fast, stronger, and longer lasting that traditional wood. It can make oil and fuel, medicine and food. We could fill America with huge farms and create millions of jobs and get some of our oversees money back by exporting again. Whats the deal?
