...German banks? The Krauts bought Chrysler, ran it into the ground, and then dumped it. Is this what we can expect from a successful bank bailout?

So now you are blaming the Germans? Interesting approach. How about you blame the bankers, who sold mortgages to people who could not afford the mortgage, or the house they wanted to buy with the money, in the first place? It's not who comes after the crash who's to blame, it's the one who's causing the crash out of greed.

Oh, and for your information: The German government decided it is not going to take part in any bailing out. You broke it, you fix it. How you do that, is up to you and your government.

Correction: The German government did vote against helping to bail out the US finances. Now the first German bank was run aground following the whole crisis, and the German government is bailing that out. *sarcasm on* Jehah, can't wait... great expectations! *sarcasm off*

This is the POWER MONGARY of FINANCIAL RICH PEOPLE?, there for the best thing is for next 25 years to ban the Wall street and its affiliated Financial Organisations, which play a big role in the banking, Insurance System of any country? The shortage of Food or any commodity is due to the speculations at Share & Stock markets, if one has observed for over 5 decades? f.e.g. without any reasons the OIL PRICE shoot up. how?, and who are responsible for this? The share markets. As these commodities are taking shape for making profit: The electricity being sold in the share market in Germany?, this too leads to the cost raising without any grounds? So the reasons are Stock & Share market to stop or BAN for next 25 years and Elevate the standard of LIVING FOR HUMAN. by necessary changes in the Laws, Participating the politic from each and every citizen actively etc Until the required minimum standard reached such speculations kept out of the Nation. .
