If u jailbreak your iPod is everything free?

I want to jailbreak my iPod touch second generation but I want to know if it will work before I do it and I want to know If everything is free or if I will still get charged
 
Jailbreaking doesnt always work and leaves your iPod vulnerable to more viruses and OS glitches+bugs. And you can get free things DEPENDING ON WHAT REPOSITORIES(sources) YOU ADD. Each offer different things and such, the basic sources do not offer many free apps from the app store. Also not everything is free, I have came across a number of Cydia apps that are not free and require a purchase. I'd say, though 90% of the apps are free. I'd also add, 70% of them are pointless, and cheap rip offs. Also, since JB hackers can't always keep up-to-date with Apple, some apps might not be supported on your device or the OS you are running. If you want more sources (repositories) google for them. JB is kind of advanced...if you want a full experience.

I jailbroke my iPod Touch ( 2nd Generation also ) and everything was free. I use the software called GreenPoison. Just got to www.GreenPoison.com and install. As far as I know everything is free. HOPE I HELPED

Once you jailbreak your iPod Touch, you still have to pay for your apps unless you install Installous through Cydia. Installous will allow you to pirate applications and books, but nothing else. If you want to pirate music, you can just do that online.

yes it will work, just make sure you pick the right jail beak program, and yes you should get most apps that you would normally pay for for free, otherwise it would not be worth jailbreaking
