...wreck, whose fault is it? Three lane road- One car in the far left lane, one car in the far right.

Both cars are going the same speed and are parallel to each other, so they can’t see each others’ blinkers.
They both change lanes into the middle lane at the same time and crash.
Whose fault is it? And who pays for the damage?
