...those records then I can...? refile on paper and get back what I am supposed to..They will direct there attention on him... which actually maybe good timing because he's in jail right now anyway and my record is clean. you know besides your little traffic violations which I think everyone gets at least once. I think I might have trouble because this is my first time filing and I didn't know that I was supposed to save all of those receipts because I am a sole proprietor and I didn't even really know that I got all my jobs from locals and just made a couple thousand that way and then I got like 8000 dollars from a class action suit that my grandfather claimed to vyoxx right before he died and my grandma got that money for that and gave each of us a share. What should I do. should I claim them both as my income? the explanation that was given on income was any money that you had that year was your income. So should I just do that? I ended up claiming $13000 and claimed head of household over my two children, my sister, and my mother because we all lived together but, I was the only one making money.
