if there was a world cup without Europe and S.America,who would win?

How teams are currently playing I think it will be like this:

Final: Ghana vs Australia
3rd place: USA vs Mexico

1st: Australia
2nd: Ghana
3rd: USA
4th: Mexico
 
kido your all wrong again....without europe and s.america teams the world cup would be boring but i say mexico takes it only if they put ochoa if not then it is anyone's game
 
Mexico would be a top competitor, and i'd hope they'd win it...but people are forgetting that there's plenty of talent out besides Europe and S.America. you have:

Mexico, USA, Japan, Turkey, Cameroon, Nigeria, Egypt, Korea, Honduras, T&T, Ghana, Australia, Costa Rica, Jamaica, Iran, Saudi Arabia
All but two of those teams are in the Top 50 In the world!!
I would think Mexico would win over Japan.
And USA and Nigeria would play for 3rd
 
If it wasn't with S. America or Europe, my 1st choice to win the World Cup would be Mexico and I'm not being biased, but besides Europe or S. America, Mexico has always been a country that is always passing rounds in World Cups, always plays Toe-to-Toe with the world Superpowers in World Cups. I think Mexico would win it. After Mexico, I think the closest would be Ghana, they have very good players, they are also competing with some powers of the world. That's who I think the final would be between, although I think Mexico would win it. Then I would think U.S., mostly, US has kind of underachieved in World Cups, in the region yeah, they are very good in the region along with Mexico, but in the World Cups, besides '02, US has underachieved. I think that for the 3rd place match with US would be Nigeria, they also have very good players who would do well in World Cup matches. That's how I think it would go.

Mexico VS. Ghana in final (Mexico)
US VS. Nigeria, I don't know about that one.
