The first Final Fantasy Film was CGI and the Characters looked real, plus they were like the Video Game Characters as well! If Dragonball was filmed in that same way; there would have been much more success than the Live Action, DBZ and DBGT could be adapted to film with all of fighting technique demonstrated in the Anime!
If there is going to be another Dragonball Movie, why not do it as a CGI Movie?
