If there are really 10 (or 11) dimensions, can anything exist in the 10th dimension?

I asked this in the physics section as well, but since the 2nd part is highly philosophical, I thought I'd ask this here as well.

By physics and string theory, physicists say that there are probably 10 dimensions:

When I say a fold, below, I mean the ability to travel between the said dimension. For instance, the 3rd dimension is a fold of the 2nd dimension, which means that we can travel across many different 2nd dimensions.

1 a line
2 a plane
3 space (a fold in a plane)
4 time
5 a plane of alternate timelines
6 a fold in alternate timelines
7 a point of infinite alternate timelines
8 a plane of infinite alternate timelines of infinitely many multiverses
9 a fold in #8 (too long lol)
10 a point of all possible alternate timelines of all possible multiverses

Now, I have two questions:

1. The M-theory says that there are 11 dimensions. What is the 11th dimension? I can't imagine anything more than the 10th dimension, which includes all the possible timelines for all possible multiverses.

2. Can anything inhabit the 10th dimension? Or, let's make it simpler by asking about the 9th dimension. If in the 9th dimension something can travel across all the possible timelines of all multiverses (that is, a creature can jump to another universe and can jump to any alternate timelines), then isn't that contradictory? Let me put it this way:

Suppose creature A lives in the 9th dimension.
In the 9th dimension, there are inifinitely many multiverses with all possibilities.
Therefore, it follows that some universes will have creature A and some will not have creature A, since those are two distinct possible states.
If creature A can move to a universe which does not have creature A, then that universe suddenly has creature A.
Therefore, creature A can make all universes contain himself.
But then that means the multiverses don't include a universe with the possibility of no creature A.
So then the 9th dimension doesn't include all the possible multiverses, since it doesn't contain a universe without creature A.

Reductio ad absurdum. It seems that nothing could exist in the 9th dimension.

If I am wrong, can someone explain why? Did I misunderstand something? This topic just tickles my brain and is so very interesting. =)
