If the wireless company holds you liable to contract terms, shouldn't they be able

to provide you with a copy? ...of the actual signed contract, with customer's signature and date, not just some generic digital version?
I tried to cancel my wireless account and they claim I still have 2 month remaining and I will be charged cancellation fee. I know for sure I had my phone for over 2 years without any upgrades. When I asked for a copy of the contract that I have signed, they claim they don't have it and they do not need to have it. Sounds like illegal business practices by AT&T. From my own experience, a service provider must be able to provide their customer with a copy of the signed contract, loan, etc. per customer's request. Any lawyers? Do I have a possible class action case?
