If the line's faint, do I test with a better test today or wait a couple days and

test with FMU? I really am a test freak...lol...I have taken so many of those dollar store tests that it's insane, but never before have I had any pink on the test aside from the control line...yesterday it was def. pink but so light...my husband seen it too though...the thing is that I didn't notice it until it was prob. past the time limit...but I have kept them for a long time before and that didn't happen...so should I just wait or just buy a better test now??
I also have a dentist appt. in 3 days...so that worries me because of the shots they give me.
 
I would go buy a more reliable test, and take it first thing tomorrow morning. Your probably just very early, if your pregnant, so therefore the HCG isn't strong enough to produce such a prominent line.
 
I would try a better test and let the dentist know that you may be pregnant. They know what they can and can't give you.

go get a clear blue easy read digital test yes it cost more but it will clearly tell you yes or no you can also test any time of the day with it if you are pregnant you shouldn't go to the dentist until your second trimester so you probably should find out before then.
 
The same thing happened to me. I wasn't sure if it was evaporation line or a positive. I ended up getting a ClearBlue Easy Digital test, to avoid confusion. The digital tests say either "pregnant" or "not pregnant" and mine showed up in 1 minute flat even though I didn't take the test in the morning. I tested at 20 days post conception. I highly recommend you re-test with a digital. In such important matters as a baby, it's worth the money.

It sounds as if you are pregnant! congrats! And as far as the dental shots, do not worry. I am a dental assistant and as long as they don't overload you ( which would be quite a few shots, nearly impossible ) you should be just fine. Do not let them take x-rays though!! good luck!
