detainees without trial? If the Democrats stopped the military tribunals does that mean Bush released over 500 detainees without trial?
I keep seeing where people are saying the Democrats and/or liberals stopped the military tribunals and that is why Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and others responsible for 9/11 were not tried before now. If that is true that means over 500 detainees were released by the Bush administration without any type of trial.

So did the Democrats and/or liberals stop the military tribunals?

There were military tribunals as there have been since the Civil War except since that loon Eric Holder decided he was "special".
