After arriving in UK if the college is closed or suspended by UK Broader Agency , what will the student do .
Is he/she back the tuition fee from these college?
Can he/she apply a new college without returning his/her own country?
What steps he has to take to complete his course in UK?

If they have been closed down by customs and excise, you need to ask customs whether it is possible to recover the money you have paid, as it has probably been seized by either them or trading standards under the proceeds of crime act.

It may need to be held for a short period for evidence, but you should eventually get it back.

You can contact them at:

+44 (0) 1702 367 485

(Except Weekends & Bank Holidays when we will be closed.)
Our Address is:
HM Revenue & Customs,
3rd Floor Central,
Alexander House,
21 Victoria Avenue,
Southend on Sea,
Essex,
SS99 1AA.

If the college are sponsoring your visa, then you may not be allowed into the UK, if you are, then you need to speak to your country's embassy for advice.
