If the car dealership can't give you the deal they set you up on the paperwork,

can you back out? because I am thinking that because they let me leave with the car doesn't mean I have the car...they haven't gotten word back from the bank and I probably wont get the deal they wrote me up for
They let me leave with the car without getting a response from the bank. So what I am asking is, if they set me up with a certain apr and the bank denies it, that allows me to back out because it's not the agreement we came to...right?

You can back out as long as you havent signed the bill of sale yet
