If the Ark of the Covenant is in reality true, is it under an Islamic Mosque? Or is

that just a myth? I'v heard the Ark of the Covenant is burried under an Islamic Mosque in Israel, but I found any evidence to prove that claim. I know it is believed it was in the Temple of Solomon until it was destroyed and built a 2nd time, but I don't know much about it after that.

Also, did the Ark remain in the 2nd Temple after the original one was destroyed??
