if someone wish to do MTec in Electronics frm an open university..so pls tell

da right procedure of each ...? semester & hw to attend the university exams .

My friend completed Msc in electronics from Bharathidasan university.presently she's working in Doha,Qatar.she wish to take MTech from Indiragandhi open University.So pls tell the procedures for doing this,including about each semester & University exams.
