If someone were born in March, when would they start school?

Let's say March 24th and they live in Western Australia.

How old would they be when they start school?
How old would they be when they finish secondary school?

Also, what's the legal age that a person can move out of their house? Is it 16? If it is 16, and their birthday is March 24th, then what year would they be in if they just moved out like a week after their birthday?
