I worked for him, there was no contract because he wouldnt sign it. He sacks me so i sued him. He is using my work on his website to promote his business. What law is he breaking?
he didnt pay me thats why i took him to court the first time

Possibly none. You were employed by someone who, presumably paid you for your services. Unless there was a clear understanding about the ownership of any work that you did for that person, it could be argued that you had been paid for your work and title had been passed over to your employer.

If you sue him (for what?) and are successful, then there might be a case to claim breach of copyright.

It depends on the laws where you live. In most places, work done for hire is the property of the employer unless there's a signed contract stating otherwise.

My guess is that as long as he paid you while you were working there, he's not breaking any laws, because it's his property.
