. i heard that someone who picks on someone constantly or puts them down is really a fear they have towards that person. so im wondering. would that person just take advantage of the fact that there are many people around to try and start shit because they know that they will be ''held back" by other people around.and no one will allow the to fight so they do it just to look brave? you know to "appear" as not fearful?
If someone tries to start a physical fight with you, are they just scared?
