okay. long story very short, my sophomore year in high school (almost 4 years ago) some things happened to me to where the guy (teacher) that did what he did, couldn't be arrested for it. Only thing he was able to be arrested for was murder, and clearly im still here... thankfully. so i know a diplomatic immunity allows you to not be arrested unless you murder someone (or so i'm told). is the witness protection program the same way? im wondering that because if you're in the witness protection program, you're under a false name which is now your "REAL NAME" and you can do whatever. so lets say this guy under his new false name were to rape someone, he cant go to jail cause if the guys in jail found out who he ratted out, they'd get him killed. so only way he'd go to jail would be for murder right? like i don't know if that makes sense at all. i'm just trying to think of something that will allow a person to do anything they wanted except for murder and they don't have to go to jail for it. and if he doesn't have a diplomatic immunity what could it be?
thats why i asked if it isn't the 2 things i listed:
1. DI
2. WPP
what could it be? so thanks for giving me more info on the WPP!
