Obviously removing a womb and ovaries would mean there are no more periods, but will the person still be affected by other monthly changes that usually happen before a period is due, eg: weight gain, clumsiness, muddy thoughts, irritability, constipation, greasy hair etc etc, even if there is no period at the end of it?
