...are the penalties for this? I live in the state of GA if that helps. The situation is that there is a guy that lives in a horse trailer behind the business I work at. I need to get red of him because the owner isn't motivated enough to do it. They are like life long buddies but he understands that it is hurting the business. He won't leave on his own so I'm thinking about reporting him to the law. I just wanted to know what are the penalties so at least I can know what the store owner has in store for himself.
