...the apartment immediately? Or do they have 30 days to leave? The notice of eviction had already beeen mailed over a month ago and was ignored by the tenant. This "writ of possession" is an official order form the judge and it was served to the tenant at the address that she is being evicted from. Does this mean that she was asked to leave immediately, or was she given a period of time, and if so, how much time was she given.
