If S varies inversely as the square of T, what happens to S if T is cut in half?

Is there even a definite answer to this?
b/c I know the equation is S=k/T^2, where k is the constant.
But the value of S depends on the values of T and k, so S can't only be bigger or only be smaller.
Ideas?
