I entered a possession judgement for nonpayment of rent and then filed another judgement ( landlord-tenant). Went to court and the judge gave them until August 14th to pay up or get out. They have gotten help and made a partial payment but more is due. They also went to the United Way and applied for help, I called the case worker today and he told me the money will never come in time.
My question is: If they do not pay in full by August 14th do I need to file more paperwork with the court or do I call the sheriff's office and have them physically removed? I have never had to do this before. Do I call the state police? And if I do how long does it take for them to physically remove these people? Also, if they are removed. What do I do with their furniture and belongings?
I do have a garage and if I move all their things in there can I charge them a storage fee or is it best to rent a storage unit and get reimbursed?
I have been very patient but now they both do not have jobs.
