The first 8 links are a commentary from the "Qur'an-alone" perspective. It presents interpretations of all ayat relevant to the argument. Though so far only the first 9 sura are complete, I believe that absolutely every argument from the perspective of traditional Islam (using only Qur'an) has been addressed (adequately). Please let me know if this is not the case.
The next link shows the details of salaat in Qur'an so that we can clearly say how is has been ritualised and prescribed (due to a human desire for uniformity in all things). The others are just general notes of interest. The timing of salaat etc. is my interpretation.

RITES OF HAJJ
Abstentions (Ehraam) during Hajj:
a.Hunting (5:1-2), (5:95)
b.War and fighting (2:217)
c.Sexual intercourse, misconduct and arguments (2:197)
d.The cutting of the hair (2:196)
The ‘Tawaaf’ (circling the Kaaba) (22:26,29)
The Safa and Marwah (2:158)
Mount Arafat (2:198)
Animal Offerings (22:36), (5:97)
These are the rites of Hajj that are decreed by God.
The following are the Pagan Rituals which are not decreed by God and have no basis nor authorization in Islam:
1.Black Stone (the meteorite)
2.Water of zamzam
3.The Stoning ritual
4.The Hajj garments (white towels)
5.Hajj by Deputisation!
6.Women not allowed to perform Hajj without a Mihrim!
7.Women (during menstruation) deprived of their Prayers (and thus not completing Hajj rituals)!
8.Visiting the Prophet"s tomb in Medina and declaring it a second "sacred masjid" in addition to Quran’s use of this phrase.
