Is it realistic to have their partners think of them as the gender they are transitioning to be and feel that they are.Also do you find a partner loses interest physically once you tell them you want to transition?
But surely if someone presents theirself as the gender they were and think of theirself as male,dress as male and so on,others should consider them male not female anyway despite being pre op.
I don't know if I want to transition but I think of myself as he not she or a girl.
