If police are conducting an investigation?

someone said if endangerment occours interdiction will occour immediately.If a person is on a live tv show, in their home via hidden cameras without their knowledge,and they are playing videos that shows how to grow mushrooms,stopping the video on certain points where it says what ratio of compost to use etc, buying/selling drugs in public,shooting up three different types of pills at once acting li,e nothing is wrong with it when it is a very easy way to od, and police have seen this show,telling the whole world a great website to purchase illegal drugs(legal acid shipped to your door)this would be considered putting the public in danger correct?Is there a law or somewhere in their job description,lolcal police,dea,fbi anyone,that says interdiction must occour?What if they are procrastinating because the person is a public figure and someone gets hurt?Can someone go to court and atleast have them pursue the suspect?If he has pounds of weed at his house and growing mushrooms etc and since its being done infront of 300 million americans it is putting the public in a dangerous situation,do they hav to stop it?
